I smell a cliffs/noront partnership coming down the pipe. I don't necessarily think they love eachother but it sure would push all the right buttons.

Here's the issue folks. Government once backed the N/S corridor, so kind of hard to take that back unless cliffs bails all together either from the area, or from the N/S plan. Can't support E/W until N/S is squashed completely. Will cliffs support E/W and cuddle in with Noront, or will a noriffs tag team the N/S option? Getting very interesting.
