I doubt that the money sought by X2 is applicable to Noront's value. After all, we have no indication that Noront is the target. For my part... I am only speculating that it is a likely possibility. Too many factors point that , all imo. Next, we can not assume that all the cash sought would be offered, not likely. This is mostly due to our sagging sp. ( 230+ million shares at 26 cents = about 60 million $) Ex. With an offer of $2.60 ( 10x present sp) they would spend only 600 million $s.
