RCF flipping shares? Not sure, but it is important. All opinions welcome

djje.....If RCF was in fact flipping shares, wouldn't they have to report by

virtue of being insiders and also owners of more than 10% of Noront stock?

I strongly feel that RCF was responsible for a brief run up to $0.94 starting

Nov.1/2011 but they did not breach 10% treshold until March 22/2012.

They reported owning 10.11% on march23/2012.

Same goes for BAO. they are below 10%, but considered insiders.
