What makes you think they aren't? Everyone keeps grouping Noront in with cliffs and KWG and the chrome, when in fact Noront is moving forward with the nickel. The FN concerns and the cliffs/kwg land disputes have nothing to do with NOT. The nickel can and will move forward. I have heard strong indications that the E/W route is basically a done deal. Cliffs and KWG can fight, we will mine. JMO.
