Djje, well put. And I admittedly am currently weak on Noront in my portfolio, because I'm a gambler and I think that KWG just MIGHT offer bigger short-term returns, albeit with much more risk.

But make no mistake, if I had to recommend one stock investment to a friend for a medium term gain (2-3 years) with little risk, Noront unquestionably would lead the pack.
