I am in this stock not due to managment but for the physical assets that the company holds.

I do not fret but just a bit impatient (yes finally me too) and if I were really upset I would vote no, but for the second year running I have witheld my vote.

Call it a mild protest, not that the company is run baddly but that the renumeration of the BofD is disproportional to the present state of the company.
