Sorry to have to disagree BUT..no one could have said "Moose pasture" with that amount of conviction!!!

And he did fulfill his mandate to "drive this stock to 20 cents" and still get a paultry 3/4 million

dollars in the last year...How long was he the CEO at 1/4 million per????

This is the problem when the BOD is not elected and is appointed....you end up with a puppet

and a pile of cronies.
