Cliffs may never mine. An open pit? I don't think that will happen. Cliffs is not needed at all and may be not even wanted. It is nice having another major wanting to do stuff but believe me, they are not the only company that will make this happen. The chromite WILL come out, by who and how is still yet to be determined and Noront is so close to digging its first shaft ahead of whatever is done with the chromite that I have my money on the first pony out the gate to get at the chrome first. Beware of Cliffs SHs on these boards who want to do the dirty deads of misinfo.
