Here are the comments. I wonder why Ms Parker haven't called KWG's offices to clarify her hesitations before publishing... GLTA.

Thanks for pointing that out, Moe. I did hesitate before making that interpretation, but I couldn’t imagine how an unidentified third-party might make such a proposal about using someone else’s property…if you see what I mean. It would seem a bit nervy to go public with such an idea before approaching the neighbours with it. Could you give me some words that might clarify the situation?
