Hate to butt in but what does it matter which company recently is ahead of whom (ZEN/NOT)?

The great idea was much earlier when ZEN was much lower and Glorieux first proposed the movement to ZEN. ZEN moved first and it was when NOT was for all purposes standing still. Then was the time to take profit on ZEN and return to NOT. That is how one would have maximized one's gain.
And it is not a reason to not post alternative ideas BUT to do your own DD and take the risk if you please but not blame others for your lack of investigation and risk.

NOW, who cares.
I can not guess who, how much and when. So place your bet and cross your fingers. Ed
