having trouble copy and pasting for some reason, but heres the jist,

Cliffs was conducting a transfer when 450,000 litres of oil spilled into the St Lawrence near Sept-Iles Que, causing contamination over an 8 km stretch,,,the local mussels harvest has been halted, and legal action likely to follow if negligence proven,,,
