The minus 70 Cents per LB for Industry cost of Production comes from this 24 page PDF found on Noront's website.

Please refer to page 8 on the slide. You will see that Voisey Bay's cost of production is approximately $2.90 LB

IN the case of Voisey Bay ...there was nickel, copper, cobalt.

Noront not only has the copper credits but also credits from platinum, palladium.
