Looking at a table summarizing the stock option transactions for years 2011 & 2012, we

see only 49,999 options exercised (0.62 ), 75,000 options expired and 512,500 forfeited

in 2011.

In 2012 there were none exercised,275,000 expired and 1,650,002 were forfeited.

The forfeited options must have been granted to people that subsequently left the company

or were let go before options vested.
