no disrespect to anyone... but there were a number of peeps in the early days of 2009 to 2011 that expounded all kinds of stuff then when the market went dead, they went away...

now some are back. no conspiracy theorys but since I have never met these peeps, I cant say.

but as with everything one has to be their own advocate!! and do their OWN DD to some point..

and yes those are mistakes I have made as well
