Will we not look back from here. Road is coming, Power is coming, Training is here, The students need to have somewhere to work when they graduate or its all a waste. You can't have people sit around and wait after training or the knowledge will be lost. All the construction job training to build roads and systems is most effective on the job and not in classrooms.
