Yes, September will be interesting. First, if the OMLC denies easement, then Joe and John will be looking to plan "B". Wait, they don't have one! Plan "F" maybe? In that case, watch for Paul, Rick and Frank looking for a contractor. AECON? Ok but with a slight change of directors.

Next, Prothonotary might decide on the JPR for the EA, in which case, Cliffs must sell or restart the process. I advise them to sell because we want to get on with it.
