As well as this TA of 'tightly coiled'. from an FA perspective alot has been developing in the ROF recently, seems to all be positive and moving infrastructure in the right direction. I believe Not will have something specific to say very soon. I expected Not to be pushing past 0.30 cents today and just now see it show signs of life as it jumps to 0.265 cents. Others seem to be seeing things the same way either due to the TA or the FA. Now bring on some needed volume.
