I thought the name of Northcote Geare seemed odd for what appears to be a team of Chinese names. I looked more closely at the name and found that James R Northcote Gillis is a managing partner of Northcote Geare

Northcote Geare & First Nation Joint Development Projects

Sagatay is developing the 250 km 230 Kv line from Pickle Lake outlined in the Ontario Government’s long term energy plan
Project company formed in in equal partnership with Mishkeegogamang & Saugeen First Nations
Phase II of the project will extend transmission to 26 communities that are not currently grid connected. The line is expected to travel 750 kms and cost ~C$800mm – C$1 bln
