A deisel generating system will be built even if power was there now. Remote mines always have their own power generating for backup. The cost of downtime and safety issues in remote locations requires this. The need for outside power is for cost and enviormental and not a mine development necessity. Fuel delivery is a problem that needs a good all season road. Road of some kind is the main issue.
