Fine for the natives but where are the miners who should be in front when it comes to developing the north. It means squat training the natives if there are few if any jobs to go to.

How about a few million $s towards infrastructure development to get things moving.

There is nothing substantial to convince me that the Feds are serious about what they speak about the Ring of Fire.

I want to see substance for the miners before words.
