I just returned from a Chamber of Commerce luncheon on ROF. New head of Fednor and ROF for feds was speaking....what a waste of time

He said absolutely nothing except training for FN people..

I was tempted to ask where the "crital path " plan is for ROF development....but decided that was just another waste of my breath.....
