Not somebody BUT politicians.

These are the ones that are throwing money about like drunk sailors at the natives while there is nothing for the natives to work at.
Why?

Because the natives vote short term, corporations don't at all (no graft yet under the table as I see it) and the politicians care about nothing else but to be elected instead of serving the greater good.
