Just thinking ;

If the new oil pipe line (old gas line)is going through Northern Ontario wouldn't they need a service road and hydro facilities for the pumping stations.

The service road incase ..God forbid...any disasters or maintainance of the pipe line.

and a sufficent hydro system as they will be pumping station to station across the area.
