So then, we're getting close ? I have noticed that someone or a group is definitely accumulating. There's been some volume to back that up.

And as Ros said, 23 cents ! When these announcements come, that 23 cents will have seemed like quite a bargain. But I think we all realize that. The Feds and Provs can't sit on this forever, the pressure is building, Harper has until 2015 and Wynne, much less time. So I figure that they'd have to get this started at least a year before their own demise as leaders and that puts us in 2014 at the latest. Which means that announcements would have to be well before that and that puts us in 2013. But I'm just playing with a calendar and a couple of ill fated political leaders. I do not want to discuss politics to be sure.
