NOT was the victim of the unscrupulous. Folks like R.N. were blindsided and the investors, like R.N., have paid the price ever since. No one knew what would happen from day to day after the original bonanza, only that, in good faith, something good should have happened out of this great find to bring it to it's fruition.....but as yet has not. It is still a great find, but we await from the powers that be, the support to enable the Ring to become what it is capable of becoming. However, since that time, NOT was taken, along with other companies and larger interests including the FN muddied the path for the kind of activities we have been awaiting. It is still a monster find and at some point, when certain interests are met, the political, fincancial and cultural...the public psychology will align with those interests and the area will move ahead. When? If you have that answer you could get very rich.
