David Robinson Plan for ROF

In the recent edition of Northern Ontario Business, professor David Robinson has some excellent ideas on how to develop the ROF and the entire north.

He suggests other countries such as Russia, Finland and Sweden would be quick to develop the ROF and would not see the challenges as such an obsticle .
