But...BUT.... the consultant is directly issued 70,000 shares at 45 cents with no hold period stipulated. That says to me that someone wants to get paid and paid pronto and not with 2-bit shares either. And why 45 cents? Something's cooking here and it's not carrots 'n taters.

Thoughts

rosbg.......If that consultant ( probably owed around $35000) would get paid in 2-bit

shares, he would receive almost 140000 shares insted of 70K. Holding period is likely

not needed because number of shares is relatively small.
