We both will be severely dissapointed if the "dotted red line/FS schedule" is waffle BS. The lack of the june 21 , PP committed Wes H replacement is also telling. IMO this Prez announcement, if ever announced must precede any (telegraphed to NOT) infastructure funding announcement. This is why the lack of new prez announcement. The window is rapidly closing on NOT having to announce a CLF-like open ended postponement /project mothballing. This event will end the constant Gravelle/Wynne no- action governing. Maybe something to help the Aug 1 by-elections? ..... Naw , .....wishful thinking. Peter
