All these new people...appointments here there and everywhere..its all just more political mumbo jumbo designed to obtain a positive favor from voters...The real truth is The Governments dont got no stinkin money to build anything (except maybe subways) Mark my words..there aint nothin happening with infastructure until Hell freezes over or we get rid of that useless, lieing, cheating, rotten to the core government in Queens Park...:)
