Obviously you do not own KWG. I own both KWG and NOT. Both are tremendously undervalued IMHO. With respect to KWG you mentioned only one of three significant assets. Not only do they own 1/3 of the Big Daddy but they also own 80% of Black Horse which might end up being as big or bigger than Big Daddy or Black Bird, and they own 100% of the lands where the railway or road will be situated which may be the most profitable asset in ROF.
