Warren Irwin has never ...left the building

After Warren Irwin and cohorts participated in PP at $4.00 and prematurely exercized

$5.00 Warrants they were not happy. On Oct 9/2008 they started a proxy fight.

If in fact, Irwin and his supporters were invested in NOT at the time ( 0therwise they

commited serious crime) they lost big. Shares were at $1.00 and less.

After R.N. gave in to their demands there was only a small window of opportunity for

them to recoup their losses. That was in July/2009 when one of the best drill holes

was reported ( hole#27? or was it #39 ?).

So if our long standing nemesis is stiil in the building he would be in rather UGLY mood.
