Absolutely. I just hope gov't listens to them as they have a habit of putting them to use seemingly as much as a smoke screen as something material to the needs of the situation. However....I feel like we're on the brink of something new.....but all of the interests will want to be in position first. I see that NOT made it down to .24 today. I still think it can and will go lower particularly when nothing is being slated to happen until the Fall. Parisoto is a bit .....humorous to me.....with his little announcement today.....while NOT sits there as paralytic as the gov't....at least as far as we're allowed to see.
