front page of todays Toronto Star business section,,,also an article in Globe&Mail,,,exactly what I've been saying,,,

cites uncertainty with Cliffs financial situation, unresolved prov and fed gov issues, first nations, failure to nail down long term electricity deal, etc,,,

Cliffs has called a halt to the environmental assessment,,,

wonder if this is all posturing to lite a fire under gov and FN asses, or if it's the real thing, a halt on ROF until Cliffs is in better shape and resourse prices gain some strength???
