I couldn't agree more. Noront doesn't need any help, they've trucked through the hard times on their own and they continue to. Things are almost in place, why would they bother changing anything? They have friends in high places and can raise the money, Paul said it publicly yesterday. Many don't realize just how many trump cards NOT holds. It's a matter of time.
