I am going by the Noront Jan.2013 Corporate presentation available on their website.

On pg 21 of 25 there is a schedule. According to the NORONT schedule:

Financing is before Sept. of this year. Construction starts Sept of this year.

Peter Marshall (who is highly credible)...(I've met the man and he gave me a lift to the ROF golf Tournament last year), phoned Paul Semple JUNE 3, 2013.

ON JUNE 3, 2013 ,....Paul Semple stated Noront is on Schedule.

To meet the above schedules ..infrastructure announcements have to be made fairly quickly.
