I agree, the hurdle for Wynn has been risk of election if the budget fails. The Liberals could not win an election with a Northern Ontario infrastructure agenda front and centre. Now its is no election, no risk and it is full stream ahead. Wynn's premiership starts tomorrow. She needs big, fast wins and the ROF is very big and as Paul Semple stated, 'needs to happen fairly quickly'.
