A break above the 50dma (50 day moving average, NOTs is currently .28 cents) is considered a bullish technical indicator. We broke above it yesterday. One better is a "golden cross". A golden cross is the opposite of a "death cross". Death cross is about as bad of a technical indicator as a stock can get. A golden cross is about as good.

Currently NOT's 20dma (and ema) is .27, and the 50dma is .28. A cross of the 20dma above the 50dma trendline is what is called a golden cross. This signals an uptrend. We are looking poised over the next few sessions to do this IMO. But i'll be much happier when it's associated with some volume. Traders will enter on this type of cross which should help with volume.
