No update, and I will not call on that question. From my Paul s. post you will note that Paul said he had nothing to do with at president appointment matter. I asked Paul to get Paul P. to confirm directly the NOT mine build schedule: both Paul's did.
Paul p. did not address the June 21 overdue president announcement.
I suspect it is because of the Ont government and it's lack of infastructure financing contribution (empty promises to date).
I suspect that the Ontario governments' true financial status : near bankruptcy : ((read Mcginty Power debacle series articles of jan/13 and June/13 in national post. )). Excellent read. The real costs per Ontario Hydro ratepayers is $2,055/yr per ratepayers for 20 years (minimum). Per ratepayer, per year for 20 Years!! FYI "this $ amount is equal two Metolinks systems with billions left over.
Note: you won't find these extremely well researched articles printed in the Star ; g&Mail nor commented on CBC.
My point: why announce a new NOT president while there would be nothing for him/her to do? The pres announcement trigger awaits ont Power and transportation infastructure funding. Mcginty has seriously damaged ontario's credit rating and ability to borrow in a dramatically falling tax reveue ont economy. NOT financing and pres announcement await the government action. I think (IMO) that the FN support/revenue sharing model) has already been agreed to in principal.
I also think that Wynne will chose an announcement time for maximum political headline grabbing to avoid a fall election possibility: early fall. I also think that the financing model is 3P, which is a way for Ontario to get arounnd it's financial funding hole.
All in my opinion only.
