I finally got through on the phone and asked them if they'd been hacked and they said no, it was a technical problem. I told them they'd been having those 'technical' problems for almost a month now and I don't see any reimbursements to clients for lost money. I'm going to call back again and suggest that they give everyone free trading for a month. It's the least they can do.
