goodheart, you're not getting it. If you're saying the share count doesn't change, and there are just new shares issued, then you have just diluted the company with new shares.......but that isn't the case.

If every single person switched their shares to the "supershare" the overall float would go down 50 to 1. I'm not sure how you aren't seeing this. It's a reverse split, plain and simple. It's your money, and I don't have time to banter back and forth. Just be very careful if you really believe in your heart of hearts that this isn't a R/S as you're being led down a road to nowhere.
