.....as I posted recently, this funding must be conditional upon signing of a binding agreement that First Nations leaders are responsible to police their communities such that no blockades of any kind, or any other interference shall be allowed. Any infraction of the law in this regard should carry severe penalties, including forfeiture of said funding.
