Even Weirder yet...

I updated the Hub's fast facts the other day after checking the March MD&A for the fully dilluted share count.

Only something is off with the share count after today's release stated a total of 231,750,555 after today's interest payment to RCF of 474,941 shares.

I thought it odd that they had not included the shares issued for the 2% fee upon accepting the loan on Feb.26th. See below (from NR of same date):

A fee of 2% of the principal amount of the Loan was paid to RCF in Common Shares of the Company, resulting in 977,954 Common Shares being issued to RCF upon the entering into of the Loan Agreement, having been valued using the volume weighted average trading price of the Company's Common Shares during the 20 trading days prior to November 28, 2012.

I cannot see where they are reporting the 977,954 shares that were issued for the 2% paid fee to RCF back in February. I thought it might have been an oversight to be corrected in today's NR. In any case, I'm sure there is something amiss with the reporting.

Perhaps management will issue a correction on this matter. Not likely the day before our proxy votes are due...

I can tell you these missing share are not at my house.... Mine are all accounted for!
