One month after that on June 2.. ...... Baosteels warrants at $1.16 each.. expire. Total number of warrants are 10,839,633.

Hi Dutchmen.....Above taken from Babjak1 post.

As long as Warrants did not expire Bao has a right ( but no obligation to purchase)

10,839,633 shares of Noront at $1.16 each. That right will expire on the date when Warrants expire.
