Nice article.Though " While concerns over infrastructure " are mentioned in the article,,they don`t even touch on the main "concern" that can stop the whole thing dead in it`s tracks whenever they feel like it.(And have several times so far,just ask DeBeers) Strange to omit something that crucial to the whole deal.

Other than that one glaring omission,sounds great up there.
