I have read the Noront board and the Kwg board there seems to a great difference in the the ways the BOD's run there companies.

One sees advancement by diluting their shares(Noront) and with management not getting involved with the purchasing of shares .

The other( Kwg )sees the future of the company, by a buy back program and solid participation in purchasing of shares by BOD members.

Perhaps the future of both companies will be involved in the Ring of Fire, Kwg wil be Kwg and Noront will be under another name as the trough will soon be empty!

That is a shame for the long and strong Noronters and foresight for KWG.
