Yes Not holds 25% interest in Eagle Hill.On or before April 20/2013 EAG needs to provide

Bankable Feasibiliti study or commit to take property to commercial production in order

to go to next phase. However EAG wants to provide Preliminary Feasibility Study on or

before April 20/2013, which is not good enough according to NR issued by Noront on

Dec 20/2012. How will this get resolved? I have no clue. We will not have to wait long to

find out.I am a long time shareholder of NOT and never invested in EAG.Nevertheless

i hope they don't end up in court over this. Allways liked hard working EAG menagement.
