If this angle indeed is Cliffs angle then they had better get busy ammending thier latest January 2013 Terms of Reference for the Black Thor project. Cliffs are counting on going down the "road" ITS direction of 5 years of construction rather than 8 years of construction for rail, Imagine the all-in cost by the time the rail is complete with all the water crossings etc. etc......reality is that Cliffs needs KWG's staked corridor to make it all happen otherwise all else goes to hell in a handshake..currently the Judge holds all the cards and Judgment Day is coming, remember that Cliffs do not have a plan "B".
