It is something that is called Offtake Agreement. Similar things happened with REEs before few years because USA army doesn't want to depend on metals that are outside of North America for strategical reasons. Who will benefit form that, probably both CLF and USA army. I hope that ROF stocks will also benefit from that Agreement.
