I am fully in favour of an arrangement between mining companies and/or government and First Nations that would provide power to their communities .......as long as any such arrangement includes stipulations that First Nation leaders are responsible for policing of themselves, and their group members, such that they are never allowed to withhold power or blockade anything as a bargaining tactic. It should further be stipulated that any such violation would result in forfeiture of their interest in the project.
