I don't think a low shareprice will stop them from moving forward. It sounds like low iron ore prices is their problem, so pick up the slack with the Chromite. If anything, the ROF will be Cliffs saving grace, IMO.

I am a true believer that we will see an infrastructure announcement this year and go to production in 2017. If we make it that far without a buyout at many, many, multiples of today's SP.
